We had a fantastic stay at Casa Inn Galerias. The staff were really good too accommodate my disabled companion, providing us with a room and wheelchair, made our stay comfortable. The location next to a shopping center was convenient, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Despite a couple of small issues, the prompt response from the maid and the overall positive experience make me recommend this hotel.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even offering accessible facilities and a wheelchair for my companion. the breakfast was satisfying and kept us fueled for the day. the modern and clean rooms were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One minor setback was the cleaning service forgetting to replace some items in our room, but the issue was quickly resolved with a simple phone call.

Had an amazing Xmas vacation here! the location was perfect, with a mall nearby and easy access to other attractions. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the gym was great and the happy hour with free beer was a nice touch. the modern and well-equipped room was a pleasant surprise.
The only negative was that the toilet had built-up limescale. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our wonderful experience at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center with a variety of restaurants for dining options. The gym facilities are the best I have seen at this price point and were a great way to stay active during my business trip. the accommodating staff made my stay pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was average, with limited options for someone with dietary restrictions. , the room had some cleanliness issues, such as the bathroom having built-up limescale.

We loved staying at this hotel close to a nice mall, with very good breakfast and friendly staff who catered to our needs, as we were travelling with a disabled companion. The facilities were clean and convenient, with plenty of parking and easy access to transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right next to the mall was perfect for me, as I love shopping and exploring new restaurants. The staff here were absolutely amazing - they were so friendly and helpful, especially when I was traveling with a disabled companion.
